Used kids Power Rangers red and black mask. Has scratches and the strap has lost its elasticity. Can still be tied to size, or replaced with new elastic. Scratches aren’t noticeable from far away, but could be easily painted over. Can be used for Halloween, cosplay, comic con, masquerades, or for playing dress-up!
