Here is a very attractive and VERY RARE vintage ANRI Italy downhill skier figure. It measures about 4" tall, and is wearing #3. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks! The flag pole is missing, but I see no other issues. <br><br>Alois Riffeser (1872-1912) travelled as a merchant to the major European cities to sell figurines and toys which were bought from different farmers of the Gröden Valley. His son Josef Anton Riffeser (1912-1945) founded the ANRI Company in 1912 which he named using the first two letters of his first and last name.
